What happens at typical Murder Mystery Event ?We would like to invite you to well-organised, unforgettable, fun-filled murder mystery events of theatrical comedy where our actors re-enact unsolved cases from in or around the small town of Melchester.
After the reconstruction each group/table will be given the opportunity to grill each of the suspects individually. During this part of the evening various clues and items of 'evidence' may come to light and these will be brought to your attention by the DCI in charge of the case. After the questioning has been completed, each group/table has the opportunity to ask just one more final question to a suspect of their choice. Time's up and it's down to the Super Sleuths and Sherlock Holmes wannabe's to crack the murder mystery and bring the murderer(s) to justice. Each individual has the opportunity to complete a ‘who dunnit’ form and offer their own personal theory on who the murderer is, how they carried out their crime and what their motive was. Finally, once all the forms have been collected in, the truth is revealed. What other things do you need to know ?Our murder mystery events are suitable for most locations (we usually need a small performance area for the start of the evening) and any audience size, and we can perform them during the day, in the evening, or spread over a weekend. Our typical event lasts between 3 - 3.5 hours and slightly longer if accompanied by a meal or a buffet. Our actors are the suspects, your audience are the detectives and all of our plots are original to ensure a unique event of fun, theatre, comedy and of course.. murder. A typical evening begins with a fifteen-minute reconstruction of the events leading up to and just after the murder. We recommend that a notebook and pen is kept handy, ready to write down anything suspicious, albeit something minor, as clues may be evident.
