Know your Style |

| The Workshop |
This workshop looks at the three different learning styles: - Academic, Vocational and Occupational. |
| The Content |
A twenty-minute play starts the workshop to show the young people that there is still every opportunity to learn and to achieve similar results (i.e. job prospects) regardless of the learning style and route that they take. An interactive quiz based on the play then follows, which can either be done in smaller groups or as a whole. The young people will then be given the opportunity to share their option and career choices. |

The Trouble with Teenagers |

| The Workshop |
This workshop highlights Mental Health issues such as depression, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders and self-harming. |
| The Content |
Although covering serious issues this workshop is fun, lively and very interactive. It is based on a wacky T.V. show where we discover what these issues mean, why people may have these illnesses and how to support someone who has one of these illnesses. |

Truancy on Trial |

| The Workshop |
This workshop is designed to make young people think about why some truant and what the consequences of truancy are. |
| The Content |
The workshop is an interactive performance based piece putting truancy on trial. It looks at the for’s and the against’s of playing truant and the effects of this behaviour on other people and the individuals involved. |

I Just Wanted to Say |

| The Workshop |
The workshop highlights issues such as bullying, low self-esteem and relationship issues. |
| The Content |
The workshop begins with a 25/30 minute play, based upon a quiz show called ‘I Just Wanted to Say…’, and concludes with a participation section where some of the ‘audience’ take on the roles of the characters as shown in the play. It tackles questions such as what actions can be taken to prevent certain situations, where to go for help and whether certain situations can be changed. |

| The Workshop |
The workshop looks at how to prepare for an interview, the interview technique and how first impressions can make all the difference. |
| The Content |
A twenty-minute play set in an office environment starts the workshop. It gives two extremes of bad examples of how to conduct yourself during an interview. The young people will then split into groups to discuss, with the help of an I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W. acronym and from what they have seen, what to and more importantly what not to do in an interview situation. To conclude the workshop we go back to the office and see how an interview should be done. |

Drugs! We Think! |

| The Workshop |
The workshop looks at the effects of drugs, what to look for if you suspect a child of taking drugs and how to deal with the situation.. |
| The Content |
The workshop begins with a quiz to gauge the level of understanding of the subject. An interactive play is then performed, which is loosely based upon the idea of Forum Theatre, where the parents decide upon the route taken i.e. how to react if they suspect their child/ren of using drugs. At certain points throughout the play the action is stopped to give the audience the opportunity to ask relevant questions. |

Confidence Building Drama Workshops |

| The Workshop |
These workshops are tailor-made to suit the requirements and needs of each group and are designed specifically to build confidence. They can either be booked as a one-off session or as part of a course. |
| The Content |
The workshops use drama-based exercises and games to break down inhibitions and to gain confidence both working individually and as a group. The exercises used encourage participants to use their own imaginations and think for themselves whilst still taking onboard the views and ideas of others. |
